Here at Adelaide Pool Tilers – We guarantee our work for 5 years.

What this means is:

All our workmanship, such as lying tiles, tile repairs, laying new or old coping, fully tiling pools, rust removal or any other concrete pool renovation work we do, new or old – is guaranteed to last a minimum of 5 years without failure from tiles falling off or coping pieces coming loose, or any other failed aspect of the concrete pools we’ve work on.

If during this 5 year time-frame our workmanship fails, we will do the “required work” again - free of charge. However, if after this time-frame our workmanship fails, we’re not obligated to repair it – standard industry charges will continue.

We offer a 3 year guarantee for Marblesheen and Quartzon plastered pools. This excludes ANY kind of staining on the surface due to external matter falling in the pool.

Exclusions to this 5 year guarantee:

Excludes products such as tiles, coping pieces, glues, cements, grouts, oxides or any “sealing” products we may use, such as silicon’s, water proofers and other pipe sealers. We’ll just let the products do their specified job – and we’ll do ours by using them in the correct way and according to the manufacturer’s recommendations ;-)

PLEASE NOTE - This guarantee "excludes" ALL work (tiles & coping - new and old) done on fibre glass pools. This is due to excessive movement that is common with fiberglass pools. Unlike concrete pools, fiberglass pools have a tendency of constantly moving in the ground due to their flexibility - they never really "settle" in place like a concrete pool will. They are also affected by the slightest of ground movements.
